      Cyclone Scholarship Eligibility:

•   Participated in the Cyclone Program for the maximum amount of
      time eligible.
•   Graduating senior planning to continue his/her education.
•   Has a seven-semester minimum 2.5 cumulative grade point
      average.
•   Has been involved with football at the high school level for four
      years.

     Scholarship Application

      Items which must accompany Scholarship Application:
•   High School transcript.
•   Letter of recommendation from current Football Coach.
•   Second letter of recommendation as outlined on scholarship
      form.
